Born in Tuscany and based in Rome. She grew up in the Tuscan countryside, but at 18 she moved to London, where she began photographing, drawn to the city’s contrasts. Her path into photography is rooted in her background in pedagogy, which continues to shape her sensitive and attentive approach to human rights, relationships and everyday life. After earning a degree in clinical pedagogy, she attended the reportage masterclass at WSP in Rome, where she was awarded a scholarship for the best project. Her work has been selected by international festivals and awards including Liquida Photo Festival, Amsterdam’s Pride Photo Awards and the Ponchielli Prize.
